Board of Directors Meetings

The Board of Directors meets regularly to conduct the ordinary business of the Association. Upcoming meetings are currently scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on the following dates in 2017 & 2018.    


December 2017 - no meeting

January 24, 2018 - meeting location to be determined

February 28, 2018 - meeting location to be determined

March 28, 2018 - meeting location to be determined

April 25, 2018 - meeting location to be determined

May 23, 2018 - meeting location to be determined

June 27, 2018 - meeting location to be determined

July 25, 2018 - meeting location to be determined

August 22, 2018 - meeting location to be determined

September 26, 2018 - meeting location to be determined

October 23, 2018 - meeting location to be determined

November 14, 2018 - annual meeting of members: meeting location to be determined

All homeowners are welcome to attend the Board meetings and address the board with questions or concerns. The meeting dates listed here have been scheduled but occasionally a meeting will need to be rescheduled or cancelled because not enough Board members are available to achieve a quorum to conduct business. In those cases we will attempt to reschedule the meeting within the same month. The latest meeting schedule, including location will always be posted here.
